Höfler gear test centre
Type Höfler ZP 260 – technical data:
| Work piece diameter |
|
5–260 mm |
| Internal toothing diameter |
|
greater 30 mm |
| Module range |
|
0.5–15 mm |
| Helix angle ß |
|
greater 85º for external toothing
greater 45º for internal toothing |
| Vertical measuring range |
|
400 mm |
Performance data of the 3D scanning system: Resolution 0,1 µm with electronically adjustable measurement force of 0.1 – 0.5 N. The linear axis resolution is 0.125 µm. Resolution of angle systems corresponds to 0.45".
The machine accuracy complies with VDI/VDE 2612, Sheet 1 2 and 2613, 2614, Group 1.
We can measure for you the following types of toothing: Spur and helical toothing
Additional options we can perform:
Measuring of rotationally symmetric parts (true running, coaxiality, axial runout, etc.)
The result for each measurement is represented in measurement records.
- Evaluation acc. to DIN 3960/62 or free tolerances for profile, tooth trace, pitch, and true running in spur gears (external and internal toothing)
- Evaluation acc. to K-charts (profile and tooth trace)
- Numerical evaluation of tip, root, and end relief and of the linear or crowned centre part (crowning only for profile)
- Evaluation of the height and width crowning
- Evaluation of base tangent length, tooth thickness, measurement over balls, measurement over pins
Additional representation on request: Topography with numerical increased error representation
The gear test centre is located in an air-conditioned room.
